Shopping Excursion

It is good to know after reading others blogs that we are not the only germ infested house. Julia had a very bad cold this week and now has proceeded to give it to grammy, mom and dad. This was her first true cough and it was so sad to watch. She has perked back up but dad was suffering the worst today, so Julia and I headed to the mall. Now that Julia is a walker we needed to find her some real shoes just in case we will ever be able to go outside. However, the weather is not cooperating. Last year it was the blizzards, this year it is the below average temps and not to mention the snow that is still on the ground from Christmas. Julia got a wagon for Christmas and we have been dying to try it out but it still hasn't happened. Last night, we got another three inches of snow at the same time we had thunder and lightning. It was crazy! So back to the mall, we found Julia some Stride Rites on sale and then went to Nordstroms, our favorite store. Julia loved listening to the man playing the piano. We then found Julia another fun winter hat on sale. Gotta love Nordstroms!
