Less than a week ago we ventured on a trip back east. This trip was devised back in November and it is crazy to think it all came true. Graham and I felt that the girls were old enough to take on a vacation. We really wanted Caroline to be at an age that she could enjoy it but that we could also enjoy the trip and not have to worry about a small baby. We stayed with my parents and were so lucky that we were able to spend the week with other friends. For Julia and Caroline, it was was there first time seeing the ocean and their reactions were ones that will be forever etched in my memory. It was such a wonderful week with family and friends:)
